Starting Point

Ok so today was day one of my New Year exercise goal!  I'm not good at all at dieting so I'm going to just start with exercising right now.  My goal is to get up and work out before work.  So roughly 6:00 am everyday.  I actually did it today and I'm so proud of myself because I have tried to do this before but always ended up sleeping in anyways!  However, I did learn a very valuable lesson this morning......never chug water while exercising!  I almost threw up so after 13 minutes I had to leave.  Oh well I guess there is always tomorrow!  My plan is I want to be at least 135 lbs before I start trying for another baby.  I have deffinately not lost all of my pregnancy weight and desperately want to.  So I am starting this blog to help myself keep track of my exercise goals and accomplishments.  I do better if I can actually see my progress and plus if I know that maybe someone can see this I will be more inclined to stick to it!  So here goes.......wish me luck!
